I've had my pleco for 3 to 4 years, and he is now about 4 inches.
He's been healthy since I've had him, but recently I noticed he's got a bunch of like yellow/white lumps on the side of his mouth where his little mouth-hook-thing should be. It's like a ball of lumps (shaped like very small grains of rice)... best way to describe it.
What on earth is it? a growth? Bacteria/infection? ... i dont have a clue because ive never seen this before.
He's eating/swimming fine etc.
How do I treat it?

Thanks.

I'm sorry you haven't had a reply yet.

I'm afraid I can't help, as I've never seen anything like that before, but I've moved your thread to the 'Fish Emergencies' forum where our fish health experts can have a look and give you some advice.
