Pleco has white on tail/top fin, should I be worried?

Just noticed this morning that our common pleco suddenly has white on the corners of his tail and top fin. Doesn't look like ick, wasn't there a day or so ago, I did do a water change yesterday, all water testing looks normal, eating well this morning. Just not sure if this is normal. It's been in our tank now for 3-4 weeks, tank is 2 months old. Any thought or ideas? (S/he was very cooperative this morning to get so many pics)

The tips on the tail are normal and nothing to worry about.

The picture in the following link, the fish looks like it has a couple of white dots on its head that are slightly raised. Can you check the fish or post another pic?
