MY PLECKO HAS SOME HOLES ON HIS TAIL FIN AND IT IS RED AT THE TOP. WHAT IS THIS?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Holes in fins can be bacterial finrot, but need to look at your stocking first.
Red at bases of fins can be bad water quality, septicemia.
