My angelfish has red meat looking stuff coming out his gill.. could this be from a fight between the angels or is it a deseise is it contageous. all my levels are at 0 my temp it 26c havent put anything new in the tank
 
I dont think it is it looks like there is no scales covering the gills
 
How ols is the tank? Size? Did you cycle the filter at all?
Unless your tank is very heavily planted then there should be some reading of NitrAtes.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 50% water changes once a week

Tank inhabitants: 3 Bristle nose catfish
7 Angels
About 20 guppies
8 zebra dianos
4 sharks 2 albino 1 red tail 1 rainbow
4 kahuli loaches
2 clown loach
2 dolphins not sure of proper name
2 Frontozas

All the fish are very small sizes and not fully grown.Currently setting up a 6ft by 2ft by 2ft tank..
