Hi,

I am new to the fish hobby and to the forum. Sorry if this is a repeat question but everything I have read so far doesn't seem to be the information I need. I have had my 30 gal tank now for a while. About 2 weeks ago it started to get cloudy. The ph levels and the ammonia levels are good. The local pet store suggested I try a bigger filter and do more frequent water changes so I tried that and it seems to be getting worse. I have not lost any of the fish but i don't want it to come to that. Does anyone have any suggestion?? I would really appreciate it!!! Thanks!!!

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

It's common for tanks to go cloudy a few weeks after adding fish its called a bacterial bloom.
Water changes and increase aeration.

Also, how often you feed would be useful, and your maintainance routine.
