Please Help With Fungus Dilemma!

I've done something a bit silly, and would like some help on how to sort it out!

In my 30L I have 2 female platies and a male guppy.
One of the platies seems to have a tiny touch of fungus, but I was sorting that out. Whilst changing the decor around, I decided to catch a few of the babies in there and move them to my 64L tank instead.
I saw one of them earlier and realised that it too had 2 tiny blobs of fungus on it's lower jaw.

Now I'm torn on what to do.
Should I get a fungus treatment and treat both tanks, or should I move the 2 platies and the guppy into the 64L and treat that tank as a whole?
Any suggestions are much appreciated!

It's always best to treat only the sick fish as meds are hard on fish in general. I personally wouldn't medicate at all because I believe in treating infections like that with water/temperature change instead. There are some exceptions but it's been my experience that a strong, healthy fish won't get sick. Another thing to consider is how did the fish get sick in the first place? Is the water clean and healthy? Is there ammonia/nitrites present? Am I doing enough tank maintenance? Most of the time, you can prevent illness in fish by providing them with pristine water conditions.
