please help my angel

I have a little girl angel about the size of a us dollar coin who has been just fine until today. she is swimming head down and is having a hard time and has some stingy poo. she has no fungus or ick. The only thing i can think of is swim bladder infection or maybe she is super constipated? I've heard there is no cure for sb.
any ideas?
btw-water specs are fine, other tank mates look great.

"stringy poo " is most likely a sign of intestinal parasites .

Is it a white-ish color ?

sterazin can help if it is intestinal parasites. as the other fish are ok then you can rule out water toxins. is it the only angelfish? if not are the others ok? another is kidney damage, gas build up from flake food. hope you get your angel well soon.

hmmmm... well knock on wood, she seems back to normal. She did have some stringy poo and was bloated. I turned up the temp a bit cuz I read that it could help her immune system and get things moving. Maybe she was constipated? There is another angle (her mate) in there with her and he is fine. Now she is upright and swimming about.
