Maybe i am not reading this right, but what are we actually being asked?

1 male 2 females spreads out the attention between the two and the females become less stressed. Males pestering females can kill them or leave them open to disease. Though your tank is pretty well stocked as it is I think the three will be okay but one more bit of advice is to swap the bosmani for more dwarf neons, the bosmani get a bit to big for a 180 cos its only 3 foot and they are so active and get to a decent size I think there are other tanks they are better suited too.
