Please help Identify this chap

Pink/Silver Body 3-4cm

Red on Tail fin
Yellow/Mustard on Dorsal and Pelvic Fins

Doubt it is, but it might be,
The Red Colombian Tetra.

Think ive seen these around quite a few of my LFS but cant tell with this photo any chance of a clearer one? If its the one Im thinking of I dont think it is a colombian

Sorry I dont, he actually died, and was mixed with White skirted Tetras.
