Java Fern Broad Leaf. Its epiphytic and should be attached, by its rhizome, to hardscape such as wood or a rock.
The little plants growing from its leaves are just that, new baby plants. It propogates this way.

Java fern. Don't plant it in the substrate, if you bury the rhizome it will rot. It's best to attach it to the hardscape. It's a pretty slow grower and doesn't mind shade, although it will grow quite happily in high light as well. It's a very hardy plant and doesn't need much in terms of nutrients or CO2. Black spots on older leaves and clear tips on new ones are normal.

Thank you for all that info! I appreciate it.

Thanks so much. Now I have to figure out what I'll use to attach it.
