not yet,im setting up my hospital tank as i speak!!

seeing as i will only need to add the fish in the dip for 20 mins,can i just use a bucket?

if so would i need an airstone in it or anything for that short space of time?

Shouldn't need an airstone as methylene blue puts aeration in the water.
You will just have to keep an eye on temp thats all.

so i could put my spare heater in the bucket just incase!!

i have done 1 dip in the meythlene blue,not sure if its done anything!!

it has dyed the fungus slightly blue though!! what should the meth blue be doing?

i also got given toady API fungus remover,is this product any good?

its says

contains 22mg of neutroflavine and povidone/colloid mixture

How is the cory doing. is the anti finrot and fungus med still in the tank.

yes it is,but i have now moved the guy on his own to the hospital tank.

he is alive,but very subdued!!

not getting worse,but not getting better neither

he swims every now and again,think he is scared of his new surroundings.

I would remove the finrot and fungus med from the tank with a water change and black carbon.
Then add the methylene blue to the tank.

thats going to colour stain all the silicon blue isnt it?

It does stain things yes.
But it a good med.
Keep an eye on water stats as some brand of methylene wipe all the benefical bacteria out in the filter.
Or get some m green but you can only half dose with corys.

The interpet med dosn't sound like it's doing anything.
