Platy N Guppies?

How do i know when they r goin 2 have their fry???platy n guppies??
I hoping they didnt have them all ready n something ate them in my tank

Platy are one of the easiest fish to tell if they are close to birth. Their stomach at the front will come down first and later in the pregnancy the back will come down whan her belly is big or small, but becomes \_______/ <-- like that she is about 2-3 days from dropping, guppies can be difficult to determine i breed guppies so i should know lol, some guppies do become "squared off" but then again some dont. if the guppy is really really big and stops eating she is ready to birth, if she hides she also is ready to birth if your not sure post a pic and ill determine for you

yuor platy had bbies... with out you! your guppy is still preggers though look in under and around plants cracks and crevices and you might see some babies
