Would like to know if anyone knows of any plants that wont get eaten by fish .Have had a few different ones star moss ,flame moss, and others they have been dug up and eaten. And also floating plants have had Java moss which was eaten.would really like some floating plants.

What kind of fish do you have? Some fish won't eat plants at all so you can put anything you want in the tank. Others will eat pretty much anything you put in there.

Try Anubias they are tough with strong root system, java ferns and valis have also survived my plant eating root digging fish, fine leaved plants and unrooted plants fair worse.

Your moss shouldn't be 'dug up' as it should be attached tightly to wood or stone,if you have a look in the planted tank section, there's a great pinned thread on planting java moss/riccia which should give you some success.
You don't say what kind of fish you have.In my tank I have gouramis, ancistrus and cories.I have a fair bit of moss, and anubias,as mentioned before, this is a pretty tough plant,my java and windelov ferns are also doing well (these plants should all be attached to hardscape and not planted in the substrate).
I have some stem plants which are doing ok,but the anubias is thriving.

This has nothing to do with plants but just a word of warning. The smaller fish such as neons and guppies will eventuall become dinner for the lobster. When the lights go out and the fish settle down, the lobster will be on the prowl for food.

I have yet to find a plant that will survive with my rainbow cichlids, Herotilapia multispinosa. The java fern that everyone says is too tough for most fish is down to a thin green stem and all the leaves are gone. Thre are only 7 of those fish in that tank. I put a 2 layer thick cover of duckweed into their 6 foot tank and came back 2 weeks later unable to find a single leaf of it in their tank. These fish are definite herbivores and I find no living plant that will grow in their tank. They make very short work of most plants and the tough ones are only good for a few weeks. I feed them spirulina flake that the major ingredient is actually spirulina. They get to live with silk plants and there is no algae in their tank ever. As RDD1952 pointed out, we need to know what fish you have.

The only fish i saw it eat was the khuli loach which was still alive, i dont have them anymore.Do not have adult lobsters any more either kept the female but gave the male away they were breeding all the time then the female died. not sure if keeping baby lobster or not would like to keep khuli but cant keep both .Thanks for the warning .
