Plants For High Tempertures

hello there

i was thinking of changing one of my tanks for discus , it has java fern(planted on rock and wood), hygrophilia(not sure what kins,possibly giant). java moss, moss balls, dwarf saggitaria, amazon swords and anubias nana.

i was wondering which ones can survive in the high temperture(around the 30's), and which ones would not.

also if there are any plants that are particularly good for growing in the high tempertures, and which you know of, i would be very grateful for any suggestions
