Hi,

I have a 6 month old tank, and even before I began filling it with fish I planted a small Java Firn and banana plant to help oxidate the tank. Up until now the plants have been existing very well, but as of lately I've noticed more and more stems browning on the java, and brown splotchs on the leaves my banana plant. I don't know what the problem is, they are getting pleanty of light, the temperature is normal, and I'm feeding them plant food every week. Could there be something wrong with my pH, or nitrates?
If you have any ideas please let me know!
