Planted Help!

Hello everyone. I have recently decided to change from fake plants to real live plants and I need some help. I have a couple of nice pieces of Mopani Wood for my 48L tank, and I am looking for some plants to go with it.

What plants would you suggest on getting for my tank then? And what other 'extras' would I need for it as well? (ferts etc) I am thinking on going basic first though...

If you want to go basic, you don't necessarily even need ferts. Stuff like vallis and java fern will do fine without, and you already have wood to mount the Java fern on. I think Java Fern is awesome!

anubias is a goood plant to put on wood and crypts are good in a low light tanmk

theres a whole list of low light plants. java moss, crypts, java fern, anubias are the main ones

i buy most of my plants from online. the forums quite good for plants if not plantsalive or ebay are both good (ebay being depended on seller)
