Hi all,

This is my first post but been visiting for a while for stocking and general advice. (been invaluable so far)

My question is what plants would be suitable for my tank that will be easy maintained and survive being eaten.

I currently have a 125l stocked with;
1x BN Pleco
5x neon
4x yoyo loach
1x rainbow shark
2x dwarf gourami
1x angel

And plant wise quite a large clump of java moss attached to lava rock and substrate is a really fine gravel more like course sand.

Lighting is what came with tank (fluval rio)

Thanks in advance

anubias is meant to taste bad as well. you could try riccia as well it spreads like mad (im selling some in classifieds if your interested :good: )

Thanks for the quick response, should of mentioned looking for a broad leaf plant. And does the anubias need co2 or planting material or can a bunch just be weighted and dropped in?

same as java fern for requirements :good:

no need for CO2 its slow growing and grows in almost any tanks :good: keep it out of the substrate or it will rot

Thanks Mike, any others to suit? Looking to plant quite heavily.

okay look for low light plants

*anubias
*java fern
*java moss
*Amazon swords
*cyprts
*riccia needs a little more light but it's a nice plant

there's probably more but there the most common ones
