Planaria

I was just now looking at one of my tanks and I saw a Planaria about 1/4 inch long sliding across the glass. I have never seen one in an aquarium. I think he arrived with some Hornwort I got. Should I be concerned ?

Generally they are not a problem. Overfeeding or improperly cleaning a tank can bring them out. Normally, they and detritus worms stay in the substrate. Try cutting back on food a few days and vacuum your substrate well.
