would i be able to mix crabs with my pirahna ??
and would a pleco be ok in there
as i dont want to get one for it to be hassl -_- ed by the pirahna?

thanx -_-

two things one I think that a crab and a pelco would be fine I kept a pelco with my pirhanas for a long time and he didn't take any crap from them when ever they got too close for his liking he would let them know. and two make sure that there are lots of places that your crab and pelco can get into and that the pirhanas can't oh I almost forgot how big are the pirhanas cause my were just babies when I got them and the pelco was there first.

hi m8

am i rright in thinking that pelcos are the algae cleaners or is that plecos

she is about 9 inch longbut only feeds on cooked prawn and mussels

Yeah, he means Plecos ;) . Crabs - bit of an unknown quantity with these. Piranha, although known as fish and mammal (rarely though) eaters they will also take insects and other invertebrates as well as more unusual things like fallen fruit and berries in the wild. Thus, crabs, to me, would be on the menu. If not immediately, they would eventually be gotten at! Your plec will clean algae to a degree but the cooked prawns etc and raw veg (cucumber, Zucchini) are preferred. He will, however, make a good tank scavenger in general. B)
