A white spot developed on its fin, please look at the pic and help me diagnose it.. it is acting healthy and has a good appetite...

That white spot looks like it could be ich, but it is hard to tell without a sharp picture. If it is a fuzzy spot, it is not ich but is likely a fungal or bacterial infection. You must realize that I am no expert on fish diseases, my fish tend to always be healthy and I refuse to bring home any that do not look perfect to me.
If it is a clearly defined hard looking spot. It is probably an ich parasite. There is a link in my signature area to a great site for explaining exactly what ich is and gives several options for treating it. I think the label I put on it is "Ich Info" but of course I can't see my own signature area while typing this.
