Pictus Catfish Acting... Different

my pictus catfish is acting strange, i like how he is acting, but i dont know if it may mean he is sick or stressed. he is swimming all over the tank instead of staying in his little cave thing, even during the day. ill post more information in a few hours, as i have to go to work now and i cant be late. if you may have any idea already please post.

ok, some more information.

this is a chronological list of whats happened

-set up aquarium
-bought plants
-bought crab and danios
-bought pictus
-bought more plants
-bought barbs
-bought bristlenose
-bought harlequin rasboras
-2 weeks of nothing special happening
-noticed white spot on one rasbora
-isolated and treated rasbora
-i turn temp up to 82 degrees
-rasbora dies, and another rasbora in tank dies of unnoticed white spot
-isolate 2 other rasboras and treat them to be safe
-2 rasboras die during the night
-i notice white spot on a bristlenose so i call mom to pick up 2 big things of super ick cure
-i take out carbon from filter
-i treat tank on half dose because of scaleless fish
-24 hours later i retreat it at half dose
-48 hours later i treat tank at full dose
-that afternoon the pictus is swimming around during the day
-next morning (today) the pictus is still swimming around, and bristlenose looks healthy
-during feeding i notice one of the female danios is skinny and staying still at the top of the water as though is is suffereing of hypoxia, none of the other fish are acting this way

Not sure mate however,mine are and have always been all over the place all day every day, i have four fully grown one's and there exstremely active..as i speak it's 8.15am lights out on the tank and there all over the place,chasing and playing in the filter current..

me too, my pictus is ALWAYS on the go, and more often than not swims in a figure of 8 around the front of the tank for hours

ok, that helps, but nelly do yours do the active swimming during the day?

hes doing what he always does during the night today, swimming up and down the glass, i think he was just stressed

Mate mine are active all day every day, obviously sometime's one or two are resting,but there's alway's a pictus wizzing around somewhere in the tank, remember fish as they get comfortable will do thing's different from when you first go them, some of my fish i can go week' without seeing as they do there bit when iam not around,when i have days off i notice them and think they you are you little ##er....hehe.......anyhow just to be safe all water stats are ok now? and all fish seem healthy/eat and poo ok? also theres no aggresstion within the tank

hes back to normal now, i think he was just stressed
