When they serve them, they're red deep red, like lobsters are after being cooked so you can't really tell.

They almost look like White River Crayfish, Procambarus Acutus, but I can't be sure. Do they look like the ones here?

They do look like White River Crayfish and I looked up some pictures on google and found out mine were White River Crayfish
