Picking Up New 65gal Tank Today

Should I put everything in (bar the fish of course) at the start of the cycle?

Was gonna get some Amazon Swords, some Anubias attached to Driftwood and some Java Fern. Few rocks etc...

Is it wise to chuck them all in as soon as you fill the tank, i.e. at the start of the cycle, or am I supposed to wait for a period of time?

I didn't bother getting any plants of driftwood just yet. That can come later.
