Picked Up New (2Nd Hand) Tank And It's Inhabitants Today

Well, i posted a while ago saying we were collecting a tank this weekend, approx 120l according to the measurements that the lady gave me 2ftx1.5ftx1.5ft, but it's actually a little smaller when you take accurate measurements, it;s around 80l, it's actually a perfect step up from my 40(ish)l one.
To add to my 10 neon tetra, 1 panda garra and 3 male guppies, the tanks inhabitants are rather a bizarre combo (and yes i know we're likely overstocked, working to sort this out!!)

We have a Khuli loach (which she called a worm when she told me what was in the tank!!! lol)
a 4(ish) inch leopard (i think) pleco which we will have to find a home for
a nasty nippy rainbow shark which i am looking for a new home for
a big black male molly
a big white female molly
5 endlers (i think!)
2 black widow tetra
4 red-ish coloured fish which we thought were tetra but i can't find them lol
And a rather grumpy, old looking blue betta!

What shall i get rid of? I think the betta is past it to sell on to be honest and has lived in the tank, though not entirely appropriate for, him for a long time.
Or after getting rid of the shark and pleco, are the rest "okay" to keep?

imo id get rid of the mollies as i dont like them and the black widows then up the numbers of the kuhlis and then get more of the red fish which are cherry barbs anyways thats what id do then you could put the betta in the 40 ltr tank

I'm selling the 40l tank, can't afford to run them both and don't have the space! Grumpy betta will have to stay in the tank and i like the mollies! lol Other half doesnt like kuhli's, i'm SO happy that i have one! lol I don't like the black widdows tbh but they're ok. So apart from the oddly placed betta, the plec and the shark, i'm not too badly stocked?
