Join an online photo site such as Photobucket or Flickr and you can upload any size you want. When you want to post photos here, just copy the direct link in the other site and add it to your post with the insert icon above.

its the profile pic im having trouble with it tell me its to big . i have photo bucket for when i get my new tank when the wife lets me get it lol . thanks

Yeah, the profile pic needs to be tiny. You can still load it in Photobucket (or your choice) and then reduce the size. It ends up looking better than you think it will!

Where is your pic located? The question mark where it should be tells me that you moved it? Or it's the wrong format.
