Pfk Nano Cube

tbh i'm not prepapred to give it out to strangers over the web i don't think thats fair.

however the subscription line were happy enough to give me it and they're number is on the pfk website :)

theirs only 400 on the list so i should think its 120 a week. (email list )

ha ha maybe

but we weren't on the email list as they didn't have our email addy, but we're still getting one. so don't think that list is difinitive :)
 
You've got to be careful what you say, cos you are all over a forum the next minute!
I did say 120 a week.
I also said that we were doing everything we can to get them out by Christmas and we are.
I know that some of them have been received damaged and I am trying to handle that also. I am not always at my desk, I don't have that kind of job and I work on 3 other magazines, so don't expect an instant response because I can't promise that.
What I can say is that the team and I are doing everything we can to ensure that as many people as possible get a tank and that tank is in tip top condition and in our spare time we are putting together the UK's best-selling fishkeeping magazine and a pretty good website!
 
Turns out i am getting my tank :D . So i wouldn't worry if you haven't had that email yet, I'm number 438 on the list :D .
All that worrying over nothing :rolleyes: . Sorry to anyone i've bothered with my rants and worrying.
Pfk have been really helpful, i emailed them and got a reply within 24hours, which seems like quite a task considering all the mix-ups with these tanks :) .
So for all the people who ordered on the 10th and haven't got the email, i think your still getting a tank :) .
 
pfk speaker - Did you get my pm? the email address you gave me does not work.
 
well i emailed Stuart WEbster and got a reply within 2 minutes!

I cant fault that at all!

Tanks are coming direct from the supplier and not from PFK so I am hopeful I will have mine for xmas
 
Can anyone tell me what size the aqua cube is. Ive seen some pictures of them and well i want one so ill guess il have to buy one. So im wondeirng its dimensions to make sure i can stock it with fish recommened through the forums :)
