Pfk Free Sample Food.

What's your thoughts on the tetra blood worm mix that came free with pfk? I've just used mine, seems messy and just drops to the bottom.

Agree, fishes seemed to love it, but it was really messy, hard to "aim" into the tank since it sinks immediately. Looks disgusting too. Havent seen it on sale anywhere either?

Its gross... tried it on the systems and 90% of the fish wouldnt touch it and it made such a mess...

I just dont understand the logic behind the product? I dont get what they are trying to achieve? There is already live food, frozen food and ever dried worms and stuff, what on earth crossed their minds to think "what about if we puree the worms into slime and package that!? its a new idea...." lol.

Tetra... fantastic company, make really good foods... just shows that everyone has a bad day LOL

My fish seemed to love it, although they are used to taking tetra delica which it looked similiar to, I agree with everyone else though, it is rather messy..

Tetra delica isn't too bad mess-wise, I had some a while ago, quite liked it but never bothered with it again after it ran out.

I've found the brineshrimp mix tends to stay bonded together, but the bloodworm mix tends to fall apart slightly similar to the free sample.

I had the brine shrimp stuff, and just held it in the water and squeezed a wee bit out at a time for the angels. They're smart fish, so they would take turns to come up and get some

Ha! Irony should be my middle name...

I wouldnt bother putting it in your tank unless its big! Didnt make much of a mess in the 4ft, it was all eaten up pretty quick, Corys just made a mess of it and clouded the water for days in the 2ft

Fair do's, mate. My bigger tank is only 65l, so less than your 2ft.
