Has still not arrived yet...
but i did recieve this email today
"We are contacting you today regarding your pre-order for the C-Dream 1250 Extra Deep. We have today received confirmation that the Aquariums have arrived in the UK. Our shipping agents have however informed us that they are unlikely to be able to get the shipment to us until the start of next week. This does unfortunately mean that the delivery of these tanks is now most likely to take place within the seven days following their arrival with us.
I would like to offer my sincere apologies that the September delivery originally advertised is now almost certainly going to be a delivery in the first seven days of October. Unfortunately this shipment was subject to a longer than average shipping duration, as well as a short delay in forwarding to us on arrival in the UK. This has ultimately meant us running a week behind our original expectations.
We intend to despatch your order as soon as the shipment has been unloaded at our warehouse, and you will then be contacted directly by our courier company – Pallet Force – to book in a mutually convenient day for delivery. Delivery is normally 48 hours after we despatch your order, provided you are available on that day to accept the delivery.
My apologies again for this unfortunate delay. The C-Dream 1250 Extra Deep has proved to be an exceptionally popular addition to our range, and this has meant demand has been outstripping supply for some months, and we have then been, to some extent, at the mercy of the shipping agents with regards to estimated delivery times."
Not long to go now then ey?
Oh and i also notice as well as the extra deep (the tank im getting) they now do a Super Deep that has over 1m tank depth!!
