Hello, so i went to petco today trying to find a stand for my 20l leopard gecko tank, and while they didnt have a iron one that woud work, the sales person showed me a wooden one, try it had a higher price sticker so i was iffy, i asked them if they had anymore in the back or if the would give me a discount on the display one. Well the display one had a tag of 72.99 so she disappeared into the back and came out and said.... well i could give you a discount but its not going to take much off. When i asked why she said its because its actually on clearance and is on 10 bucks. Needless to say i jusmped on it. Now i am also planning on getting a 29 gallon tank to sit on top provided i can find a suitible fish. I want something that gets a decent size, it would be the only fish in the tank. So can you help me out, ive had this discussion before about putting a green terror in a ten gallon which after thinking about it i thought that was a bad idea. can anyone else name a decent size oddball or aggressive chilid for a 29 gallon tank? I would like to go african if possible.... Please let me know what you think.

Thank You,

Alex

For oddballs you could have an irritans or sanchezi piranha, freshwater stonefish or whatever those things are called (Thalassophryne amazonica), or frogfish (brackish or marine). Cichlids... maybe a dwarf pike cichlid. That's all that springs to mind, I'm sure there are others though.
