Just a note on the idea of adding them in stages. Is it because the fish you want to add later are sensitive? If it's just to gradually build up the stock, that doesn't really apply if you've fishless cycled the tank. You've built up a full colony of bacteria and should add all the fish at once, otherwise there won't be enough food for the bacteria, they'll start to die and you'll have another mini cycle each time you add another batch of fish.
As to your actual Q endlers are fab! I have a shoal of 6 and they are so inquisitive and not shy at all
