Perfect Rainbow Fish.......

If u was to stock the perfect tank that only had rainbow fish what would yr stocking be? Tank 200l

i have 2 planted rainbow tanks my 400l n my 200l both very heavily planted, the 200l jus has 10 praecox rainbows in no other fish apart from 3 siamese algae eaters, n my 400l has red rainbows, boesmani rainbows and turqiouse rainbows i love rainbowfish they are my favourite fish

5 each 2 males and 3 females of each, the thing u have to remember is rainbow look really dull and shabby in the shop cuz they are young but once they mature they are gorgeous fish

Threadfin are beautiful also.
I have 6 praecox and 6 threadfin in my 200 litre

Alihar, do u have any other fish with them? Bottom feeders?

I have 6 boeseman rainbows in my tank, there is 2 adult ones at my lfs that have amazing colours, i want to buy them but they have white spot.

I had lake kutubu rainbows before and they were fascinating to watch but im loving the boesemans. Ive had dwarf neons aswell, not a fan.

I have cardinal and rummy nose tetra 2 rams and 2 pleco in with mine. They are beautiful fish and don't grow too big around 5cm very active and peaceful. I'm not a fan of larger fish, my friend keeps bosemans and hers are pretty big and the older ones have gone very dull looking. Mine
all hang out together mid/top of tank and shoal together.
