Pentzona Barbs

Has anyone heard of or kept Pentzona Barbs? I saw some in my lfs and they were so pretty. They told me that they are hardy and don't tail nip.

My brother has 4 of them in a 125 litre with guppies and a fighter and doesn't have any trouble with them getting nipped. The bully of his tank is his big rummy nose tetra. They are lovely looking fish and if I had a bigger tank I'd definitely get some =]

They arent particularly nippy, though personally, i'd not trust them with the obvious fighters/guppies unless the tank was 250L +

They dont get huge like some barbs but they are a particularly shy species, best kept in shoals of 12+ in a tank with a lot of decor, preferably plants, to make them feel safe and to make them colour up nicely.

Definately one of my favourite barbs and they go in a tank beautifully with Cherry Barbs

I just got a small school of lambchop rasbora? (5) and I thought the pentzona barbs would look cool with them. The main thing I'm looking for besides peaceful fish is hardy. Are these guys hardy or so-so?
