I have noticed that one of my Penguin tetra's appeared to look strange when I got in from work.
It clearly has what I can only describe as white upper lip on its mouth. It is as though it has swum into the glass & hurt its self. It swims fine and there appears to be no other problems.

ammonia: <.25
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 20

tank temp: 26 degrees C
Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): White upper lip.
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 20% every three days with 50% every 4th change
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Zero
Tank inhabitants: 11 Penguin Tetras, 11 Neon tetras, 9 Glowlight Tetras, 9 Harlequin Rasboras, 6 Glass Catfish & 8 Peppered Corys
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): None. Nothing added in the last 3 months.
Exposure to chemicals: None that are known of
Digital photo (include if possible): Moves too fast at the moment to get a decent picutre.
