I have 3 pearl gourami in my mature 275 Litre tank - 2 females and 1 male. The two females have started to get cloudy eyes but so far the male is ok. No other fish have similar problems and the ph of the water has not changed either.
Tested the water and no signs of ammonia or nitrites plus nitrates are < 5 on the chart. Water changes are done every 7 - 10 days with a good water conditioner.
What is the best way to treat this symptom - isolate them or treat the whole tank, best type of meds to use etc ...
