Peacock Bass Tankmates

I have 2 peacocks for now, they are only 2.5 and 4.0 inches. I am trying to find good tankmates for them, mostly to help with converting them off live food. I was thinking a scat or something like that, would this be a good idea?

i hope youve got an immense tank!! scats wouldnt be suitable as they are brackish fish .
