Pea Sized Lump On My Silver Dollar! Help

i have recently bought a full setup, fish included. they all seem happy enough, 3 parrot fish, 5 cichlids, 1 plec and 2 silver dollars
one of the silver dollars has a pea sized lump about 2 inches from its tail and about1 inch up from its anal fin, the fish is the larger of the 2(approx5inches) and has a deep red edge to its anal fin. he /she? seems happy enough. should i be worried or not?

could you describe the lump in more detail?

theres not much else i can say except it looks like a pea underneath its skin, with the skin pulled tightly over it.
he/she seems happy enough as do the other fish, except for a yellow cichlid with a black stripe on its dorsal fin which is bullied non stop by 2 other cichlids.
but im told it is from a different continent to the others so i will have to find him a new home.

What size tank are they all in?

the tank is 151cm x 50cm x 50cm so they seem to have plenty of room

All you can do is try a bacterial med, if its a tumour then no meds to cure it.
