I have had my tank running for a 4months now and just wondering if im overstocked, i have a juwel 180 ltr but will be upgrading in the next 6 months to a juwel 450. i have at the moment 2 dwarf guramis, 2 bala shark, 3 danios, 2 pearl danios, 1 rasbora 2 large mollies and 1 baby2 guppies, 1 rainbow shark, 2 clown loaches, 2 bristlenose plec and 1 golden nugget plec. Wanted to know if these will be okay for a while in this tank.

Overstocked, yes and you have a big compatibility issue. Sorry. :(
Bala sharks - get WAY too big for your tank and prefer to be in schools of 5.
Clown loaches - are slow growers, but will eventually outgrow this tank, they get VERY big and also prefer to be in schools of 5.
Rainbowshark - can become aggressive as they get bigger - may eat/chase/pester/stress your smaller fish
Plecos - I believe those both stay under 6 inches which is good, but 2 add quite a bit of bioload to your tank - they are pretty messy!
Your danios should be in groups of 6+ - if they are schooling together then you should be okay for now.
Guppies - what sexes are they?? This could pose a reproducing problem!
You will need to think about what you really want to keep and maybe up those numbers. The bala sharks and clowns really should go.
Hope this helps.

the clowns are fine if the bigger tank IS on the way..

Depending on the species, the gold nugget could get to 16". There are three different types, two get to 7-8" and one to 14-16". They are rather slow growing though, so all in all, I think you should be ok - but I'd hurry that 450 up a little, as even the slow growing clown loaches may get too big for your tank soon (mine went from 2-6" in about 6-8 months).
