I heard that tropical fish are a little more sensible in that they stop eating when they have had enough. Is this true? My glowlights gorge themselves every time blood worm are introduced to the tank and become very bloated. is this ok ?
How many fish do you have?, you could consider feeding them less to prevent bloating it wont harm them once in a while but i wouldnt reccommend they get massive every time you feed them. A fish's stomach is only the size of one of its eyes roughly (or this is what i am told).
Fish will eat till everything has gone, you must control their diet for them.
