Out Of Town..

I'm going out of town in a few weeks and I'm not sure how to handle my boys. I really don't want someone to have to come feed them twice a day and change their water. (Water should be fine though, its only like 3 days, and their tanks are all 1.5 gal+) What do you guys do?

Bettas can go weeks without eating and have no ill effects whatsoever. They'll be perfectly fine not eating for a few days.

Oh that makes me feel so much better! I knew they should be fed very little twice a day, so I was just making sure. =]

Mine go a week when I go away. I just make sure their tanks are super clean and any food they have been given is eaten up. They are a bit aloof when you come back but they will soon forgive you..

3 days without any food won't affect them at all.
