Could be a lot of reasons, if stats are OK, don't worry about it until the treatment is over. Tanks often go murky after being medicated, adding strange chemicals to an ecosystem usually mucks it up. You have n choice though, you need to get rid of this contagion.

I tested the Ammonia and Nitrites, both were Nil. Water doesn't smell or anything and the fish ain't acting any different to usual.

As there was a bit of a film on the water surface I skimmed the water and did a 5% water change. I added the second (day 7) doze to the new water before adding it to the tank. Left the dose the same, as I think the 5% change wouldn't really effect the medication level.

I'll just leave it as you advised and just do my usual 20% change next week.
