If you want the babies maybe your best bet is to remove them from the tank to increase chances of raising them, as the fish could always possibly feed on them... But saying that, they might not bother with them.
The baby snails don't need any care really, they'll feed on stuff you can't see with the naked eye, and aslong as your water quality is good they will survive.
But...
Trust me, you don't want too many snails in your tank! Soon it will be overun by them
