Otos In Newly Cycled Tank?

Well I am about ready to add fish to my planted tank but am kinda hesitant at first because it fully planted with Co2 Injection and everything. Current stats are:


20 Gallon long:

Filer: Marineland C-220 Canister filter for 55 Gallon

Lighting: 24W X2 T5 Lighting for 48W total. Lights on 12 hours a day, from 7 to 7

Accessories:
-Koralia Nano Wavemaker (250GPG)
-Air Pump running 12 hours when lights are off

Co2: 2 bubbles per second 24/7

Ferts: Traces, Potassium sulfate, potassium phosphate, potassium nitrate

PH: 6.2-6.4


With all the stats above I have introduced a few ghost shrimp to test the water and about a week later they are still fine. I'm currently doing a fishless cycle in a 10G tank but just plan to move the filter from that tank to my 20G and skip cycling that tank. Would otos be a good choice to add right off the bat or should I add something hardier? I'm also debating between a Oto's and a Clown Pleco, which would be more suited for a 20 gallon in this condition? Also I am debating what to have the main fish, what I have in mind is:


2 Apistos
or
12-20 Cardinal Tetra
or
12-20 Galaxy Rasbora


Any other suggestions that might look good in a 20G fully planted long?

I would advise against adding otos to a newly cycled tank,they do better in a tank has matured with plenty of algae,due to them constantly grazing.
BN plecs might be a better option.
Clown pleco ideally needs a minimum 29 gal tank,therefore dependant on stocking a 20 gal would be on the tight side.

Well I have access to both Clown and BN Pleco so neither would be a problem. I have a BN in my 29 already so I was thinking of having some variety. As for Stocking I was thinking 1 Clown/BN and a pair of apistos in the tank mainly. Not sure if anything else would fit in with those.
