Oscars In A 10gallon? Please Look

Festivum? Severum? Angelfish are okay also.

Severum? I would say maybe a festivum, but I would not say a severum, a 75 gallon minimum is recommended, with no dithers. How about this stocking?

1 pair of rams/ apistogramma.
15 neon tetra
1-2 bristlenose.
