Oscar v Pictus Cats

Hi.... As you can see in my sig i've got an oscar in with my raphs & they seem to get on great together. Would you think it would be a good idea to put my Pictus Catfish in there or would they get bullied? My Oscar is about 4 inches.

Eventually Pictus cats (and Raphaels) will fit into the Oscars mouth. Anything that fits into an Oscars mouth is fair game for dinner.

Get some ornate pims They get about ten inches long and look like pictus

Just remember that Oscars grow very fast, and their mouths are deceivingly big.

why post in 2 sections...

pim pictus will get eatin by any oscar and your tank is too small for a gorup of 2 ornate pims which would of been ok.

i would leave your tank as it is and if you must get a large growing plec of some kind, your tank is already the minimum for an oscar.
