Hello all!! New to the forum and love it! I have a few Q's about what if anything I can put in a tank with oscars:
I have a 3 in. oscar right now in a 30 G tank and getting a 100 G soon so I am just starting to try to get my community set up at a young age to all grow together. Can I put a red belly piranha in with the oscar if it is about the same size and they grow together?? How about Jack Demseys?? Any other suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Brian

Hey BandE

Firstly, under no circumstances should you ever put a Piranah in with an Oscar, they are completely different fish.

Secondly, the answer you did not want to here - Even 3 Oscars are two many for a 100 gallon tank. you can fit a pair in, and even that is a bit of a squeeze, leaving no room for tankmates. If you would like to go with just one Oscar then you can get a couple of other cichlids in. I believe a JD would do ok.
