hey all i'm sort of concerned about my oscar, oscardarmus.
He gets pellets most of the time with the odd frozen treat, and it appears that the pellets have carved a hole in the "gum" for lack of a better word, of my o,
i can't take photos but when he eats there is always a pellet lodged in the hole.
Do you think i should offer softer foods for a few weeks or until the hole is gone or just let the area toughen up? Also this wouldn't be a nutrition caused thing would it, like scurvy or something, as my o don't like veges.
I'm not that worried but hey, its the little things that make life good and if he is in pain when he eats....
