Just would like to know if anyone has any experience of ordering from 1st 4 Aquatics? Was thinking of getting some stuff from then just would like some opinions of them.

ordered my eheim 2180 filter from them had to wait a week for it to come in from germany as they were out of stock but delivery was prompt and good communication via email

[BINKSY]

Thanks for that, can anybody suggest a good on line retailer?

Cheers Gordon.

Ive found aquariums delivered to be great, seapets too, the aquarium shop also good, read the thread on warehouse aquatics, people seem to have a positive response to them also.

It all really depends on what you are looking for mate?

Let us know if your after pumps, sand, live rock, live stock etc and we will all have different choices.

[BINKSY]

Im looking at either the Eheim Universal hobby pump or the Eheim Compact 2000+ pump.

Cheers Gordon.

Obviously your best bet would be to do the google search, which is more than likely you cam across this company in the first place ?

Then go through the list of company's who stock and see how you get on. I usually find that the following offer good service

www.cockfields.co.uk/shop/

www.thefishworld.co.uk/

http/www.firststopaquatics.co.uk/

www.waterhomeaquatics.co.uk

www.fishbitz.co.uk

www.thelivingseas.uk.com

These are the ones i usually use mate, give them a try and ask for a quote, they will always get back to you and let you know.

I've used 1st4aquatics.com three times before, each time delivery was quick and communication was very good. A few people have had probelms with them recently when products were out of stock... Check they have the item is stock before you order and you should avoid these issues

I've also used discountaquatics.co.uk (I think that's their address) for livestock, again, great service but mostly marine oriented...

aquaticsonline was another, decent enough
