Opaline Gourami Breeding

hi i was told that opaline gouramis breed like rabbits well my question is when will the breed i have a male and a female they are both about 3" long is this still young to breed or is this ok

They are indeed (relatively) easy to breed..... I think that 3" is a little too soon to expect serious activity..... mine started breeding at around 4 to 5" and were prolific...... even bred themoutside in a pond..... here are a few which I brought inside from the pond.
