So, we went to Peter Barratts Garden Centre for a plant for our 40g and they had bettas in, usually they have one or two very sick looking ones with tatty fins and always the VT variety... anyways, today they'd just had a delivery of crowntails/combtails, not sure which... someone will know? (crown tail I think ) Now, usually I don't buy fish from there, I don't think they're good quality, but I've been to every lfs in the area and only found vt's... so I bought a 2g tank and a new betta, who I've called 'Swizzles' pics attached, he is gorgeous!

Thank you, I think he is lovely, certainly different from the ones I have seen available in my area, they all tend to be one colour and vt. I'm still trying to figure out what the 'jengle val' is.. !!
