Hi,
As stated yesterday my platy started giving birth. She is by herself in a 10 gallon tank dedicated to the fry once they are born. I thought I had everything under control, but since last night she has only dropped one fry. She is still very fat and has the gravid spot but she seems to be "going" a lot (sorry if this is too much but it is reddish). Should i be concerned that she has only dropped 1 in 19 hours? Thank you.

From your post it seems that you thought i meant gravid spot was red, nope it is dark blue/black. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for your continued help.
The stats are fine, have walked by the tank a few times today to look but I will stop to make sure it isnt stressing her. Thanks for your advice and input. I am just gonna wait and see what happens in the morning. I will keep you updated. Thanks,
So true.
